Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia is poised to witness a major transformation as the Saudi multi-project developer Red Sea Global (RSG) partnered with Oracle to leverage its innovative hospitality tech solutions, according to the company's statement.
Under this partnership, RSG will introduce Oracle’s hospitality solutions to the Kingdom for the first time.
RSG’s premier luxury resorts Thuwal Private Retreat, Shebara, and Desert Rock will be the first resorts in the Kingdom to leverage Oracle’s leading-edge cloud hospitality tech solutions, including Opera Cloud Central Hospitality platform.
The platform unites data and functionality under a common user interface, offering customers a comprehensive view of their hotel business, including distribution, sales, service interactions, and loyalty programs.
“The Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud Central platform truly is best-in-class, but until now, it was not accessible to the industry in Saudi Arabia. Oracle was eager to be part of the exciting transformation happening in the Kingdom, especially within the hospitality industry,” Group CEO of RSG John Pagano said.
He added that introducing Oracle’s innovative platform will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and meeting the visitors’ needs.
For his part, Alex Alt, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Hospitality, commented: “Through Opera Cloud, RSG now has a scalable hospitality platform that empowers its guest services staff to provide faster, hassle-free, personalized experiences.”
Alt stated that the collaboration will enable Oracle to be part of shaping the future of the hospitality sector in the Kingdom and the wider region.
It should be noted that Thuwal Private Retreat resort is scheduled to open this year, while Amala is planned to start operation in 2025.
